Hi all,
Here's the dictation passage.

Unit 8: James and the Giant Peach
I find fantasy novels very enjoyable. There are usually amazing characters in them. Sometimes I find a novel so interesting that I forget to eat or sleep. I curl up in a cosy corner and forget about time altogether. My family members have to search for me. I get annoyed when people disturb me while I’m reading a favourite novel!

Unit 7 Dictation...

Hi all,
Here's this week's Dictation.

What makes you laugh? Which do you like best, riddles, poems or jokes? What is the most unusual poem you have ever read? What is the funniest joke you have ever heard? Some people are really good at telling jokes. They can keep a straight face while telling one, and surprise you with a silly ending.
